Hire a maid! End of article.
People tend to overcomplicated cleaning. Of course, the more cluttered your home is, the more difficult the task becomes. But most would rather NOT think about tidying up. It just takes too long! Not when you embrace the minimalist lifestyle.
Here are some useful tips for cleaning your sparse apartment. You’ll only need a few tools. Swiffer is handy in this department. Their duster is legit. Lysol, clean rags.
1. Knock everything onto the floor — crumbs, dust, schmutz, body hair. Doesn’t matter. Isn’t it great not lifting a dozen tchotchkes to wipe down the surface? The less you have, the faster you clean. Just wipe all that crap onto the floor, spray your countertops with Lysol, wipe clean.
2. Now, what about all that crap on the floor? Bust out your vacuum cleaner and suck it all up.
3. After dusting and vacuuming, it’s time to wrap up the cleaning with a simple Swiffer or wet mop just to really attack all the leftover goodies.
4. If your bathroom floor has only a trash can on it, you can clean the entire floor in under a few minutes. Spray, wipe. Done. If your bathroom floor has a trash can on it and a magazine rack and a pile of laundry, it’l take longer, you slob.
